I don't know whether to include Elio Petri...

You’ve got the ranking wrong for Vitali. He’s “the best actor of all time” above De Niro, Al Pacino & co., not among directors. Rather, I would place Sergio Martino at No. 1.

Vitali is versatile; he could even be a director if only he wanted to.

I am undecided whether to include Elio Petri.

I suppose this is a de_classification still work in progress, otherwise the hints provided aren't so bad. Thanks.

PIENDEPEI: let's say this is in order... I would like to include others, but it's known that the usual suspects don’t radically shift from their positions. For example, we will never see Kubrick under other names, nor will we ever see Bergman under the student Lynch; it’s hard for the master to be surpassed by the student... but in the end, anything can happen. But then how do you compare A. Ferrara to Scott, or Cronenberg to Lynch himself? ...

In movies, I'm fundamentally foreign-minded... my greatest flaw is a lack of PS. I would like to include Tsukamoto and Miike... we'll see.

Beautiful. Damn, I totally agree with the first two.
