Van der Graaf and Crimson under the ELP?
In my humble opinion, No. 3 is superior to 1 & 2, but I still see that they at least make it onto the podium...

But I wouldn't give up 1 and 2 even if they forced me: I grew up with them, I'm too fond of them (especially 2). 3 might be the best from a purely prog standpoint. As for ELP, I'm someone who loves the verbose sound rather than the extended silences; what can I do? ;-)
