THE REVIEW

An eclectic and highly creative artist, Edoardo Napoli. A musician from Liguria with numerous experiences in various local bands, he has mastery over several musical instruments, from bass to drums to keyboards.

Active also as a sound engineer and expert, he has developed over the years an absolutely unique compositional talent. His musical proposal, well presented in this "Eternal Bleeding"—self-produced and released this year—ranges from Hard Rock to traditional Heavy, to Prog and extreme genres like Black and Old School Death.

"Eternal Bleeding," composed of 23 tracks, is the sum of all the art of the Ligurian musician, with instrumental and sung tracks where Edoardo showcases his creativity. The beautiful "Fly In The Space," a Prog piece indebted to the music of Rush and the best of Dream Theater, and the Heavy "Get The Hell Out Of Here." "How did we come to this" echoes American-sourced Death with typically Black rhythmic bases (see the Blast-Beat) and Heavy-Prog riffs. A spectacle for the ears!

The romantic side takes shape in the piano ballad "I Need To Understand." Spectacular is the refrain of "My Immortality." "Turbo" recalls the Metal of the '80s (Accept and Judas Priest) and "Violence Is My Life" explores the territories of Scandinavian Black.

These are some of the tracks that form a superb, exceptional album capable of satisfying all tastes. Edoardo demonstrates incredible abilities, both compositionally and creatively! The production is excellent, and even the cover is not bad! Definitely one to watch!
