Edie Brickell

American singer-songwriter from Dallas, Texas (born 1966). Broke through with Edie Brickell & New Bohemians and the hit “What I Am” (1988), followed by Ghost of a Dog (1990). Married Paul Simon in 1992. Solo albums include Picture Perfect Morning (1994) and Volcano (2003). Returned with New Bohemians on Stranger Things (2006) and collaborated with Steve Martin on Love Has Come for You (2013) and So Familiar (2015).
