Disembodied are an American metalcore band from Minneapolis, formed in 1995. Known for a dark, downtuned, and deliberately slow approach, their debut album Diablerie became a reference point for heavier, sludgier metallic hardcore. The band’s initial run ended in 1999, with a reunion from 2008 to 2011.
