Talent? Yes, an exceptional dancer and showman with real musical talent (as demonstrated by the home demos of his golden era tracks). If he had stopped at "Dangerous," and by stopped I mean completely withdrawn from the scene, today he would only be remembered for that handful of enjoyable pop albums infused with Motown and his career with his brothers... and he would definitely still be alive.
