The fact that Wilson navigates through psychedelia as well as vaguely Pink Floydian and metal sounds, in my opinion, is not exactly a virtue. He is an excellent composer, supported by a fantastic band, yet he never quite manages to win me over completely. Live, they are incredibly talented, but also .... "ice-cold."
