Sex Pistols -Spunk
Something is missing, but in my opinion, it’s done very well; it’s as if the story stops at a certain point, in fact, it leaves us with the pennuzze... perhaps it’s also right for the narration to stop, because it’s PUNK. - hi more

Keaton Henson
One of those singer-songwriters who manages to move me with almost every song. A very unique voice that could eventually wear thin, but I love him :) more

Electric Wizard -Dopethrone
Incredibly boring and monotonous. Very long songs that repeat the same structure endlessly, exaggerated and extremely slow distortions, incomprehensible riffs that all sound the same. There isn't even that atmosphere that usually differentiates doom bands. To be avoided!! more
Patti Smith Group -Easter
One of those albums that opens your eyes and then you can never close them again. more
Ian Mosley

Matteo Carmignoli -La ragazza oltre il mare
A love story, but absolutely not trivial or predictable. A diary filled with truly admirable poetic glimpses and deep reflections. A book that, besides being undeniably enjoyable to read, also prompts introspection. It makes you reflect especially on the asymmetry of love and its superficiality in the modern era; moreover, it mercilessly reveals the gap between the world of dreams and the cruel reality (typical of the author). In any case, it is definitely a pleasant read that I could recommend for you to take under the beach umbrella this summer. more
Matteo Carmignoli
A writer I stumbled upon purely by chance while reading a review of one of his books and an interview on a website dedicated to emerging writers, which piqued my curiosity. I managed to get hold of some of his publications, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. In his books, he manages to combine the most extreme darkness and evil with truly poetic romanticism in a rather natural way. more
Matteo Carmignoli -I caduti
A book that tells the story of a mysterious character who faces events on the edge of the surreal. A very dark tale, at times exasperatingly so, that tackles rather controversial and extreme themes, juxtaposing moments of almost abyssal despair with others of surprising and poetic romanticism. A narrative suspended between the real and the dreamy, so well mixed that it confuses even the reader, as well as the protagonist himself. more
Alice -Azimut
Great album this one, my favorite from Alice's early period. Here she begins to assert herself as a songwriter (almost all the songs are written by her or by herself, a solid 5, or as a co-writer) and distances herself from the collaboration with Battiato, who here is limited to two songs, including the little classic "Chanson Egocentrique." The great personality and talent of this artist shine through, both in her writing and in her stunning performances; what a voice and what a beautiful way to use it. The best songs are the title track and "Laura degli specchi," written for her by an inspired Finardi, but there are many beautiful songs ("La mano," "Animali d'america," or "Deciditi"). I am a huge admirer of Alice from the '86-'96 decade, but honestly, nothing from her earlier work should be overlooked; this is pop-rock music with real substance. more
