The birth of ambient music. more
No definition for Costui? He was strong both in the '80s and in the '90s. Unfortunately, we lost him early in 2009. more
The first 20 seconds of this song, played on a loop, could easily be part of the soundtrack for the Gran Turismo videogame on PS1. more
It could have become more important and iconic than Sgt. Pepper's.
Then they learned nothing from the SMiLE experience and did it again with Adult/Child, only that after Adult/Child came out that shit M.I.U.

Ask Mary from Canooga Park— you’ll find her on the bus giving Warren Cuccurullo a quickie. more
If he had only made 2 albums (pre-Euro), 2 collaborations, and a single film, by now (probably) he would have been my Italian idol, for class and underlying intelligence.
But by now the damage is regimented, gone beyond that moderate amount of earnings used as if proceeds for works of “tu chiamala volendolo” campal beneficienza. more
One of my favorite albums ever more
A timeless masterpiece more

Thank you all more

Khaos Aura are a Black metal duo from Norway. So far, they have released two demos and three full-length albums. more
The first of the two albums written with Bubola: this is the folk period, the most American one. Side A is a string of classics (“Coda di lupo” deserves a special mention), while side B, apart from “Sally,” seems like a collection of leftovers. But, in the long run, I even prefer it to Indiano. more
A small change in the sounds (violins and brass come in), and hints of the Battiato to come, lost in distant galaxies and, indeed, "mondi lontanissimi." He self-quotes, sometimes tosses things off lightly ("Temporary Road"), but it's an album that's worth a lot, a whole lot. more
A trip to Asia is the pretext for a kind of concept album about getting lost and finding oneself. All things considered, of the whole CCCP-CSI package, it’s perhaps their least original effort, even though tracks like "Unità di produzione", "Brace", "Vicini" and "M'importa 'nasega" are real gems. more
