Alternative band par excellence... They can't be categorized into any genre: not rock, not brit pop, not indie... and not even alternative, after all. What can be said is that they are modest intellectual musicians who disguise a pseudo-pop with boring/lamenting sounds. It's paradoxical that their best song is the most pop: Karma Police. As for albums, I would only save The Bends. Overrated. more
