This one doesn't sing. This one screams, squawks. You can say anything about her, but not that she sings. more
5 to Zarrillo the musician, -1 to Zarrillo the singer. Average 2. more
Up until Henna, truly a giant, untouchable. Then from Canzoni onwards, he started to repeat himself a bit, but he always composed honest stuff. more
Well recorded and mixed, but the songs are nothing special, the same old tunes. more
24 "big", of which a maximum of 4 are worthy of the name; a competition that becomes a backdrop to the monologues and dances and not the other way around; 9 women (too many), of whom 2 are worthy of stepping on that stage (the names? Emma D'Aquino and Antonella Clerici). Guests taking up too much space (Ferro, Fiorello, Benigni). NO INTERNATIONAL GUESTS! The most international was Zucchero! Songs of relatively low quality, both compared to previous editions and to music outside of Sanremo in the last 20 years. In short, a transitional edition. It was the 70th edition, it should have been a celebration of the past, of great names, instead it turned into a festival of boredom, controversy, and bad taste. The only positive aspect is learning from the mistakes of this festival so we can try again, perhaps still with Amadeus, who I personally did not mind, next year, but reducing the quantity in favor of quality. more
One of the best collections, it's a shame it doesn't sound well, the tracks have different volumes, they haven't been normalized. more
The most grotesque group in Metal. In the promotional photos, they look styled to perform at a Nazi-Gay-pride. I tried listening to some of their historic albums: Indigestible. The most obtuse and vulgar metal I've ever heard. The Metallica and Iron Maiden in comparison are Paganini. more
Really good until 1999, unfortunately from the 2000s onward he dug his own grave. more
The Salvini of music: he is overweight, he is an alcoholic, he became famous and important by screwing others over, he is revered and untouchable in Italy, fairly mocked abroad. more
One of the albums of my life. Thank you Lucio, Meri Luis one of those songs that work miracles! more
Transcendent album, full of atmospheres and poetry. It's truly a work of art with its wind and string instruments. more
Great album of progressive rock music. Released in January 2020. more
Progressive artist-musician. Rock, of course. more

So, we need to start from an assumption: the decline in inspiration unfortunately pertains to everyone. Up until Pisces (inclusive), he truly deserves to be on the podium among the top 3 Italian singer-songwriters. Then the following year, he released Buona domenica, a decent album but nothing compared to his previous work, and fortunately, he bounced back with two excellent albums (Sotto la pioggia and Cuore). Between 1986 and 1988, two great albums were released, but unfortunately, in the '90s, he lost his way and became terrible (saving only a couple of tracks from Benvenuti in paradiso). This decline has lasted until today, continually worsening, but it's worth mentioning that he has truly left us so much; his songs from the '70s and for a good part of the '80s will remain forever in the history of Italian music. In conclusion: it’s true that he may not fully deserve 5 full stars, but I’ll give him that to raise the average a bit (2.29 for Antonello is simply unacceptable...). more
You can sense a different Vasco, the nineties come to an end and his depression begins, yet the album has good acoustic sounds that we don’t find in any of his other albums, maybe something in his early years. The lyrics are weak, but he’s doing like the Americans who focus more on the music. more
Here more exotic and Arabic-sounding, some pieces of classical guitars but the register shifts towards other tones and experiments. more
Considered his best album, the masterful debut... Too bad it's the only album he made. more
