Easier said than done, especially if it's not regulated legally: try to guarantee me that a drunk person will always be aware enough not to get behind the wheel. Sure, even illegality can't ensure that, but at least we can be sure that in the worst-case scenario, the one who errs pays [...] Good intentions from a sober person are not enough when it comes to psychoactive substances that alter mental functions.
