Ivan Graziani -Agnese dolce Agnese
The peak together with the previous Pigro. Here we reach the height of his production (alongside Fango): Fuoco sulla collina is a masterpiece of immense storytelling, a beautifully sung nightmare and perfectly centered guitar riffs. If we don't count the others... Taglia la testa al gallo, Agnese, Fame, Il piede di San Raffaele, Dottor Jekyll and Mister Hyde, Modena park... not a single piece less powerful than the other, truly frightening! I've always preferred Pigro between the two, but this... is spectacular! Best tracks: Fuoco sulla collina, Taglia la testa al gallo, Agnese. more
Omar Pedrini
As a solo artist, he has tried multiple times to take the "big" leap (staying a rocker, yes, but also with one foot in the mainstream) with little success. Later on, when he realized he couldn’t make it (he's not as cool as Renga), he did everything to avoid fading away, thus maintaining a solid sense of human and artistic dignity. I respect him and listen to him a lot. Among other things, he is someone who fights every day, someone who gives meaning to life... and to the music he makes. more
Pino Daniele -Mascalzone Latino
The best album by Pino after "Ferryboat" is possibly rivaled only by the 1987 record. "Anna verrà" is truly wonderful, one of the last gems in the discography of the Neapolitan artist. 7.5 more

I don’t cry for someone who dies,
I haven’t even done it for a parent
Who, dying, taught me to think,
I don’t do it for another who dies.
I don’t cry when a war breaks out,
The courage of the heroes lying on the ground (...) more

Francesco Renga
Until "Un giorno bellissimo" (2010), he displayed a certain belonging... a pop-rock, sometimes rock, sometimes "power," rich in nuances. Subsequently, he did everything to fill the Arena di Verona, he lowered himself, and got comfortable with people like Alessandra Amoroso; he changed his style (not genre, but style, which is very serious), completely renouncing his roots. A total disappointment. All this only served him to gather a few gold records (which today are worth nothing), some fans born in 2000, and some fashionable TV appearances. Basically, he has devoured his career. more
