the best brit-pop band of all time, there’s no doubt about it, and in fact they barely touch a rather slim decency, let alone everything else... more
With the times we live in, it's strange that he hasn't entered politics yet: with Grillo on the left (?) and him on the right, it would really be something to laugh about; maybe, maybe I would even vote for him! more
This monument stands to Post-Punk as the first Black Sabbath stands to Heavy Metal. A perpetually lit beacon for the entire Industrial scene... and it’s much more Punk than a lot of crap that still tries to pass itself off as such today. A timeless work. more
ah, and so this is Skrillex: not bad, he seems like the flashy son of Piero Pelù with a bit of Klaus Davi; if that’s the case... more
Regardless of the genre to which he is assigned (which many consider inappropriate), Skrillex has managed to propose a genre that, beyond the personal tastes of every listener, few have managed to present as well as he has. At least in terms of making it enjoyable and marketable. Despite this, after his initial productions, he quickly fell into a saturation of overly commercial and uncreative banality. So, 2 points for him as he swiftly descended into the depths of the business. more
One of the most advanced minds of the century. Him and all his Krauti pals. Immense. more
When an artist reaches high levels of composition and performance, they have two paths: to turn to commercial pop or to create unique and impeccable music like that of GY!BE. more
A mix of genres and influences of every kind. From electronics to post-rock to post-metal. Everything is well-thought-out and woven together effectively. A band of great value, certainly, although sometimes certain productions can feel, after several listens, a bit saturated with compositional innovations (especially in the early works). more
The daughter of Grace Slick and Paul Kantner. more
Let me get this straight...Skrillex is actually the guy from the shitty From First To Last?!!?!? Well, fuck that. more
The absolute worst of Eastern cinema and beyond. Terrible directors, soap-opera actors, sitcom-like settings, poor acting, inconsistent dialogues, plots often non-existent, trivial or trivialized themes even if serious on paper, screenplays outdated by 40 years stolen from the Japanese and Americans. Products by radical chic for film festivals and for young Western omnivores of (fake) orientalism. RATING 1. more

RPC: lackluster cinema, mediocre actors, insipid directors, cumbersome set designs, absence of a real cinematic culture. Just a few things manage to stand out. It's still not the worst of Asian cinema. more
Best martial arts cinema of the '70s. Best actors and best Eastern cinema, tied with Japan and Taiwan. more

A country that has produced great films in the past, especially with the Nouvelle Vague and Godard and Truffaut and Vadim, a country that produced crap films in the '80s and '90s, a country that is currently producing fairly good films but not at the level of the glorious sixties past. more
A couple of discs less shitty than one might expect; for the rest, to be hit with a club on the boil to profit from the lack of common sense among the mongoloid metallers. more
Excellent vocality and great music in this third work. more
Second and remarkable album by a talented but under-promoted girl... more
Excellent debut for this refined artist from Philadelphia... more
