In their music, I can personally hear a bit of everything: Grunge, Indie Rock, Stoner Rock, etc... Oh, and I would also like to say that the cover of "Bug" is absolutely stunning - said by an 'album covers nerd'. more
One of my first musical loves.
The two chapters of "Keeper Of The Seven Keys" with Kiske on vocals are of breathtaking beauty. more
The best Hard Prog group of all time.
I can't understand the comparison with Dream Theater though; they don't match at all. more
I don’t think anyone has embodied the concept of beauty and inner balance better than they have. more
Irritating like pouring a bottle of bleach all over yourself... I find it very annoying, it belongs to whiny singers like Negramaro and Modà. more
It doesn't even deserve ironic comments; it's so disgusting. Repulsive and revolting. more
Some definitions are hilarious. How can you explicitly call someone a "very poor artist"...? In my opinion, he’s a top-notch artist and songwriter. Favorite albums: "Station To Station" and "The Rise And Fall of compagnia bella." more
The undisputed forerunners of Heavy Metal music. more
masssì, a little bile reflux is good, just like a first de baser, huh! more
Beautiful live from the Crampi. (though—I shouldn’t even say it—it can't fully capture the live impact of such a band and the performances of the good Lux, so blessed are those who saw them). The only flaw is that it's just a mini-live; it doesn’t last long and thank goodness in the subsequent reissues they graciously added two very welcome extra songs (three, actually, but the last one is the classic bonus track thrown in randomly, not even live and two years after this live, "Surfin' Dead," which serves as the soundtrack to the amusing b-movie "The Return of the Living Dead"). A nice touch is that the live set consists of unreleased tracks (and/or new covers) and, although it’s live, it can be considered a new album (new in nineteen eighty-three, of course) in every sense. Another must-have album, Lux and Ivy in top form. more
Oh yeah, but how can you listen to this guy?
Oh yeah, that's really something.
Oh yeah, but do people actually go to see his live shows?
Well, at least I managed to find a use for one of his little songs. more
He's a friend of mine, even though he doesn't know it!!!! more
Immense. Any other adjective might seem limiting. more
Powerful voice, brilliant musicians, and disruptive sounds.
Favorite albums: "Still Life" and "H To He." more
The expression of anger in its most poetic and, at the same time, devastating form. more
I might be strange, but I really like his voice.
È un peccato il modo in cui lo costringono a strofinare il pavimento. more
Don't talk of love... I've heard that word before; it's buried in my memory... more
But can you believe that I only just found out he released a studio album? No, because I thought it was just a little song. Great idea to copy-paste a track a certain number of times and then just change the title. Guys, we're in the presence of a true genius. more
Together with Hum, Helmet, and Deftones, the best Alternative Metal band of the '90s. more
Yes, they live up to their name.
In any case, just the "Epitaph" is enough to guarantee them a lifelong 5. more
