While not reaching the heights of the deadly debut of 1990 ["Strap It On," one of the most shocking, violent, and influential records of the last 30 years], this second work by the Page Hamilton combo still maintains high standards, albeit smoothing out some of the jagged edges of that wonderful noise of 1000 hardware stores at work from the first album. They could have even disbanded after this. They had said EVERYTHING. more
