Decapitated is a Polish technical death metal band formed in 1996 by the Kieltyka brothers, known for technical riffing, fast drumming and sharp production across multiple albums.

Formed in the late 1990s by the Kieltyka brothers. Drummer Witold "Vitek" Kieltyka died in a road accident in 2007; the band was reformed in 2009 with new members.
