Confessor

Confessor is an American progressive doom/death-doom band from Raleigh, North Carolina, formed in 1986. Renowned for Scott Jeffreys’ piercing vocals and Steve Shelton’s intricate, shifting rhythms, they debuted with Condemned (Earache, 1991) and returned with Unraveled (Season of Mist, 2005) after reuniting in 2002 following the death of founding member Ivan Colon.
