Confessor is an American death-doom/progressive metal band formed in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1986. Reviews single out Scott Jeffreys' extreme high vocals and Steve Shelton's complex, fractured drumming. Key releases discussed in DeBaser are Condemned (1991) and Unraveled (2006).
