Some songs from this album I liked, others less so. My favorite is "Fix You", and there are other good ones like "The Hardest Part" with a video that's really cool, or I kind of like "Square One" and "Talk". Others aren't that great, but in the end, the verdict is that I like Coldplay quite a bit. . . . . What more can I say? Better the synthesis than the bunch of nonsense that many people spout.

X & Y certainly can’t be called a masterpiece, but it is a very good album.
Fix You is perhaps the best track on the album, and the Ghost Track is a pleasant surprise.
