THE REVIEW

One of the most overrated albums of all time, considered by many to be one of the best pop punk records, instead turns out to be one of the most irritating ever.

Perhaps the only thing that stands out is the drummer, but couldn't you have gone somewhere else?

12 "songs" that represent absolutely nothing, maybe 1 or 2 are worth salvaging.

"Dumpweed" and "Don't Leave Me" are nice songs, fast and rhythmic, where at some points the drummer gives his best, but these two songs alone are not enough for me to endorse this album.

I absolutely hate Tom's voice; it is nothing short of unbearable. Mark manages more or less, and is definitely better than his colleague, although that wasn't very difficult.

The drummer, as I have already mentioned, is very good, but it's a pity that everything else is mediocre and irritating.

The spontaneous question that comes to mind is, how did this album achieve so much success? Besides the singles, have people even listened to half of the songs on this album?

The singles, "What's My Age Again" and "Adam's Song," are identical. Both start with a sweet and slow guitar, and the middle part after the second chorus is always slow, with the drums always keeping the same rhythm.

Perhaps the only single that stands out is "All the Small Things," even though the middle part is always slow, but how original are we....

In conclusion, if you like pop punk, avoid this album and listen to "Dookie" by Green Day or even "Kerplunk" wasn't bad at all, actually..... in conclusion, it's a fail, to be thrown away.

Summary by Bot

This review harshly criticizes Blink-182's Enema of the State as an overrated and irritating album with few redeeming songs. The drummer's performance is praised, but Tom DeLonge's vocals are called unbearable. The singles are described as repetitive and unoriginal. The reviewer suggests listeners try Green Day albums instead.

I confess that I don’t like punk rock, but the excellent catchiness of this album made me make an exception to the rule.

It’s a more complete and less irritating punk rock, despite all its limitations.

'Adam's Song... an absolute masterpiece by the Californian band, which through a lively yet melancholic melody succeeds in conveying the sadness of a suicide case.'

The rest, I’m sorry to say, is just a lot of noise and strumming from stoners.

"A CD that made history and is worth buying, listening to, and re-listening to, to absorb it into your skin."

"Having one of the best drummers out there (whom I consider the best in the entire world) can certainly be handy."

By Taurus

"An album lacking content, but as mentioned, with the sole goal of an easy refrain."

"The lead voice of the group is Tom Delonge, and calling it unbearable and childish is an understatement."

That man created the pop punk sound of the 2000s.

An album I would sleep with if it were a person.
