Hello everyone
I am Mirko and I was born in Sarnico (BG) on 23/10/1979.
I live in Tavernola, a small village on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo, although I prefer to say
that I am from Gallinarga, which is a hamlet of 10 houses about 2 km from the town.
Gallinarga is the oldest inhabited center of Tavernola, originated as a military outpost in the Middle Ages,
there is also a small chapel dedicated to S. Giorgio dating back to the 11th century, which unfortunately
is collapsing.

Currently, I work as an IT specialist, developing software and web applications, but as you
can see from the website, I am not a graphics expert, quite the opposite.

In my free time, apart from spending too many hours on the internet, I enjoy listening to music, I don’t have a
favorite genre; I listen from Battiato to Collage, from Queen to AC/DC, from Bee Gees
to Kiss, from Norah Jones to The Darkness, etc...
The only genres I can’t stand are Rap in all its nuances and Dance or House
or Techno basically all that junk.

I have been playing guitar for a while, even if my commitment isn’t very constant; I have two
beautiful guitars, one Yamaha Pacifica 821D and a Gibson Les Paul Supreme, I have a
good effects setup, all Boss and a small Marshall Valvestate 15W amplifier,
which will soon be complemented by a Marshall Mode Four head or a Marshall 1987x.

Another of my passions is white weapons; I have purchased some replicas of swords from

Finally, I am a Tolkien reader; I have read many of his books or works inspired by his creations
The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales, Tree and Leaf,
biography, the Middle-earth atlas, The Lord of the Rings - Arms and Battles (based on the film).
