Cristiano Angelo, also known as "Mannaia," guitarist, singer, and composer of the experimental band "Spiritual Brothers," inventor of the self-described genre "psychofolkhardrock" (not necessarily a mix of these genres, but a truly original repertoire), since 1995, during the period he was part of the "Indecenti" band, a genre with strong influences of "Krautrock" and free improvisation music, sometimes grotesque like Frank Zappa, at other times more spiritual and energetic... with vocals mainly in Italian and sometimes mixed... with numerous collaborations, jam sessions, and concerts mainly in Tuscany. For years, he has fought against the trend of bands copying others' ideas, even leading to a loss of personality, and above all the lack of musical culture and sensitivity in people, who are too accustomed to listening to the Anglophone market that now monopolizes tastes and global trends.
He also collaborates on an "alternative rock" project with the band "Onda Sonora" as the sole guitarist and proposes numerous total improvisations and experiments around local venues.
His motto: "I'm not a jukebox...!"
