"Arthur, leaving the cave [...] felt in great spirits, despite the usual scream of anguish with which he had woken. He wrapped the tattered robe around his body and greeted the sun with a smile.
The air was filled with the scent of flowers, the breeze gently blew over the tall grass, the birds communicated with cheerful chirps, butterflies fluttered gracefully, and all of nature as a whole seemed determined to make itself more pleasant than ever.
However, it was not the bucolic scenery that put Arthur in a good mood. He felt cheerful because he had just had a magnificent idea, an idea that would help him happily endure the terrible sense of isolation, the nightmares, the failures in his gardening efforts, the lack of a future, and the emptiness on that prehistoric land. The idea, put simply, was to go mad.
He smiled again and bit into the rabbit leg left over from last night's dinner. He chewed happily, then decided to officially announce his decision."

Going crazy isn't a bad idea, but you have to hold back; it's not pure, free madness because they isolate you. Madness appears in many philosophical texts as the attainment of a higher state of consciousness in the absence of solid references; in fact, it blows up the entire structure... one should delve into Nietzsche and the Greeks.
