LA RECENSIONE

Could have been worse.

When I turned on the TV last night, I was expecting the usual parade of clowns; instead, the rappers made only a brief appearance, the divas were barely shown, and the show was enjoyable.
Christina Aguilera practically presented the ceremony naked, but fortunately, she didn't talk too much...
The awards were mostly handed out randomly, with Timberlake taking home no less than 3 awards, including best album (I know it's paradoxical, but it's true) and thank God, 50 Cent went back to America empty-handed.

For the record, the best song award was won by "Crazy In Love" by Beyoncé, who also won for best female and best R'n'B, Sean Paul was awarded best new act, and the best rock award went to the White Stripes.

The Europe Music Awards 2003 provided a surprisingly enjoyable show with fewer distractions. Justin Timberlake dominated with three awards including best album, while Beyoncé took top honors for best song and female artist. Sean Paul won best new act, and the White Stripes secured best rock. The awards seemed randomly distributed, but the event was overall entertaining.
