Salū was born in Modena in 1986 and has been raised on bread and Oasis ever since, until arriving here at DeBaser.

Since then, he started listening to more niche music. Interpol, Strokes, Radiohead, and Jeff Buckley (these actually from the beginning), Killers, Sigur Ròs, Verdena, and others.

I play bass (4003 Rickenbacker) and sing in Headway, who have recently released an EP (The Amazing Sound Of Details), which I hope will be reviewed right here on this site. In the meantime, I attend the conservatory learning double bass.

He hopes to find a record deal and become a professional musician.

Sallu nasce a Terlizzi(BA) il 31 maggio 1986. Vive da sempre a Modena dove studia allegramente al Tassoni (liceo scientifico) e va al conservatorio cercando di imparare il contrabbasso. Fonda circa nel 2001 un gruppo chiamato Headway, band influenzata da radiohead, coldplay e jeff buckley. Nel gruppo canta suona il basso e scrive le canzoni.

He has practiced all sports in this world, but his only passions are music, soccer... and girls (the latter without much success).

He has somewhat radical political ideas but is open to dialogue... as long as he is right. His favorite quotes are: "chi non può più peccare diventa moralista", "if you try the best you can, the best you can is good enough", "che ci vuole a smettere di fumare, ci sono riuscito milioni di volte" and "We are accidents waiting to happen"...
