Three tracks, three lashings: in the best tradition.

Pillars of the gruffest noise-rock from the Big Apple, the ferocious trio Unsane had already gone underground for a few years. They re-emerge from nowhere at the end of last year with a new interesting para-discographic project and above all, with this light little single that forcibly breaks bones.

For those who have followed their unhealthy exploits since the obscured night of times, it is nice to see that Mr. Spencer and company have essentially remained the same sordid, ferocious but above all effective and lively eardrum destroyers (with class) as always.

What benefits us archaic youth of the past millennium most is realizing that these hicks understand precisely the meaning of a term, often little or poorly frequented in music (and not only): consistency.

Which does not necessarily mean dully retracing oneself but reaffirming where you came from and acknowledging where you still love to wallow.
