Dear readers of DeBaser, I am a 14-year-old boy very passionate about music, I listen to various genres and I don’t have the time to delve into many. Today (yes because I intend to write to you again) I would like to talk to you about the latest album by the Black Eyed Peas released in early 2005 titled "Monkey Business".
I find that this album lacks absolutely nothing, from the 70s rock style of James Brown in "They don't want music" to a decidedly more ethnic style that we find in A.p.l.de.a.p's solo in "Bebot" (written in the Filipino language). From a more gangsta style in "Bump ba bump" or "Disco club" it shifts to a more soft one that can be found in "Don't lie" and "Don't phunk with my heart". In this album, there is also a song that I find to be more house than hip hop, which is "My hump", where we find Fergie's beautiful voice making this flashy song a bit more beautiful.
In this album, besides various styles that change from song to song, we also find many collaborations with illustrious (I think) figures. There are indeed many collaborations in this album, such as Sting in "Union", Jack Johnson in "Gone going", and again in the song "My style" we have Justin Timberlake's collaboration. There is no doubt that the song that has been most successful so far is "Pump it", also the latest release from the album.
I hope this small yet useful review will help you, if you have something to ask or correct please do so. Many greetings from Gass @)---
You can’t say that you don’t feel like dancing and wanting more.
To be good, music has to be enjoyable; money has nothing to do with it.
