Among the TV hosts who released CDs, Teo Mammucari joined the ranks in 2004. Good old Teo nailed the song that would change his career: "Nando", better known as "Anvedi come balla Nando", an unexpectedly massive commercial hit twenty summers ago. The story of a janitor who rises to fame for his way of dancing. "It's truly the end of the world!"
I actually don't know the other tracks, but considering the introductory piece, I deduce they follow the same trend. There are nine more songs, plus two mixes and a backing track.
Following this, "Www.sciogliamoipooh" would be released the next year and "Disco Malinconico" in 2011.
Teo Mammucari, a talented showman among the most entertaining in our national television scene, proves to be versatile even with his singing activity, managing to achieve something on the same level as Ambra Angiolini's "T'appartengo" and his colleague, a fellow animator in holiday resorts like him, Fiorello, in albums like "Batticuore".
The album would have been better sold for charitable purposes, as was "Olmo and Friends" by the Gialappa's Band. From a fun perspective, it doesn't quite reach the equally silly but at least entertaining music of the Gem Boy.
I don't feel like giving a rating, but I am a fan of Teo.
