LA RECENSIONE

In 1982, after introducing themselves with the seminal "Mekano", they released their second album, a monumental work for the industrial era.

An infinite flow of pulsations, beats, offbeats, sonic metallurgy. There isn't a moment of silence or reflection. Sharp, perfectly articulated syncopations weave into the factory's mechanics.

A grim complexity permeates the fourteen compositions of the Australian combo. In industrial, the mantra is seasoned with futurism and visual arts, just like the live performances of Throbbing Gristle.

An astonishing concept that, if not taken literally and performed statically, never disappoints. Here we find no embellishments or melodic concessions, merely to temper the narcotic magma ad infinitum.

Raw, ruthless, trivial clamors. Nothing goes unnoticed. Electricity and cautious movements are the reactions that the listening of all this evokes.

It's a test of strength. To see how much our mind can be disturbed by a threatening virtual limbo.

Suddenly, you step out of your body...
