LA RECENSIONE

In the end, the temptation to reflect on the past renders all resistance futile.

The hope of seeing the characters, each and every character, transform morphologically, emotionally, and in their planning collapses.

The inertia of waiting collapses, a 10-year wait, full of expectations and novelties.

This new chapter of an overall successful saga neither takes away nor especially adds anything to the previous.

Adrenaline, beauty, and the prowess of the protagonists are fine, respect to the years passing by.

I would have expected a sudden turn, a twist, a mishap, a tear with significant experiences, passion.

Instead, everything runs smoothly, predictably. The script is the same, forever and ever amen.

The glossy beauty of Megan Fox doesn't improve or enrich the script. I find it forced, unnecessary, redundant.

Barney who trains, sacrifices, and resurrects, Christmas who fights fiercely and with the motorcycle almost violates the stratosphere, Gunner who between desired sobriety and drunkenness when he feels like it, sticks his nose out of the trench and kills the unfortunate. Fine. And then?

Yes: it's them, they're back. No: it's not enough, it's not beautiful, it's not functional to the hit I expected, the disorienting blow of the ace.

Now, I read, the saga will conclude with a chapter 5 divided into two parts, 2025 and 2027.

I don't like to investigate, I don't lie in wait, I give infinite possibilities.

But Sly, I speak to you, and to those holding the strings of this operation: guys, give it your all. Refine my palate. Make me enjoy it. Come on.

Megan Fox's presence feels forced and redundant. The reviewer hopes for a stronger finish in the upcoming two-part finale.
