Savanna Silver Band recorded the album Pure Silver at Armstrong Studios in Melbourne between July and December 1978, produced and arranged by Gil Matthews for Champagne Records. The project was led by Michael Savanna (stage name of Michalakis "Miguel" Stelios Sergides).
