Richard Starkey (born 7 July 1940), known as Ringo Starr, is an English drummer who rose to fame as the drummer of the Beatles and has maintained a solo career since the late 1960s. He recorded hits such as "Photograph" and "It Don't Come Easy", formed touring All-Starr Bands and has been active in music and film.
