‘White House’ is a pachyderm that ruthlessly crushes every residue of 'artistic sensibility.'

After shaking off the stupor due to layers and sublayers of noise, one must, rationally, channel this work into a sectoral scope, separate music and (non)music.

The Dead C's 'White House' offers a challenging yet rewarding noise rock experience that blends harsh distortion with subtle melodies. The album dives deep into layers of sound that both alienate and engage, drawing listeners into an intense, immersive atmosphere. It reflects influences from iconic artists while maintaining a unique apocalyptic mood. Ideal for listeners who appreciate experimental music and are patient enough to uncover its nuances. Dive into the intense world of The Dead C's 'White House' and experience noise rock like never before—listen now and embrace the chaos.

"It is precisely this thought that our dear Vic wants to convey to us; the strength to go on, as he does, captured in that wheelchair where indeed, only the voice and melody are free."

"An album full of pure humanity, destined to become a gem of good music."

Vic Chesnutt’s 'At The Cut' follows his previous work with a refined blend of mournful songwriting and post-rock orchestration led by collaborators from Fugazi and Godspeed You! Black Emperor. The album balances intimate, stripped-down moments with powerful crescendos, embodying a raw sense of human resilience. Tracks like 'Coward,' 'It Is What It Is,' and 'Chinaberry Tree' stand out through their emotional depth. Overall, the album is praised as a gem filled with pure humanity. Explore Vic Chesnutt’s 'At The Cut' and experience a deeply moving musical journey blending raw emotion and masterful orchestration.

The unique atmosphere breathed in this album will rarely be replicated with such triumphant results.

The album showcases the powerful production duo of RZA and Prince Paul and features memorable performances by all members, especially the late Poetic. With its unsettling atmosphere and creative beats, it stands as a landmark in underground rap and horrorcore.  Kontinuum is extraordinary. It fuses all the best of Schulze, the youthful euphoria of Irrlicht combined with the maturity achieved later.

Recommended without a doubt to purists as well as to anyone who wants to approach Schulze.

The review praises Klaus Schulze’s Kontinuum as a remarkable return to analog instrumentation, blending his youthful energy with mature artistry. It highlights the album’s long tracks reminiscent of his early classics, embracing a rich sonic palette and distancing from his less favored trance period. Kontinuum is recommended to purists and newcomers alike, especially for those nostalgic for Schulze’s groundbreaking early sound. Explore Klaus Schulze’s Kontinuum and experience the timeless fusion of analog warmth and electronic mastery.

I listened in one breath, amazed by everything, the sounds, the atmospheres, the precious moments of pleasure.

Ah, the calm of the river was slowly lost in the whirl that ultimately, inevitably, results in a tall and spectacular waterfall.

"The highlight of the LP once again is Mayer’s delicate and seductive voice and his dreamy atmospheres."

"Next time, dare more Johnny, you can afford it."

John Mayer’s 2009 album Battle Studies features his signature warm, blues-influenced vocals and dreamy atmospheres. The album explores internal emotional conflicts through smooth pop-folk and ballads, including a duet with Taylor Swift. While some tracks like 'Heartbreak Warfare' and 'Friends, Lovers or Nothing' stand out, the overall melodies sometimes fail to surprise and lack passion. The review suggests Mayer plays it safe commercially, missing a chance to explore more creative directions. Discover John Mayer's Battle Studies and explore its warm melodies and lyrical depth.  "The Beatles begin to fully justify their already overblown fame...providing actual numbers of high inspiration, ingenuity, and originality within popular music."

"Norwegian Wood falls among the deadliest fifty-fifty combinations of Lennon’s genius (the verse) and McCartney’s (the chorus)."

It highlights the shift in instrumentation, more introspective lyrics, and influences from Dylan and the Byrds. Key songs like 'Norwegian Wood,' 'Michelle,' and 'Girl' are analyzed for their genius and emotional depth.  Mick Karn remains still one of the best bassists around.

Absolutely original ethnic-electronic blending can particularly be found in the hypnotic 'Passion In Moisture' and the atmospheric yet captivating 'Weather The Windmill'.

Mick Karn's 1982 solo album Titles showcases his experimental fusion of ethnic sounds and electronic music, supported by collaborators from Japan. The album highlights Karn's virtuosic fretless bass and multi-instrumental talent. Despite one less impactful single, the record is a compelling blend of pop and experimental music.  What the protégés of the label have communicated in these five years describes the heart, the soul of London nights, and the noises you hear in the background while your ears are ringing and you’re heading home on the 5:30 am bus.

The standout gem is undoubtedly "Fostercare" by Burial, a track that rides the wave of his latest LP Untrue, conveying darkness, warmth, it’s an abyss.

The title track of the album is excellent, immediately immersing us in the album's atmosphere, and Madras’s screaming is also excellent, fierce, and very expressive.

Opera IX's Maleventum marks a bold evolution after Cadaveria's departure, featuring new members Madras and Taranis. This Italian black metal album explores witchcraft and pagan religion with a unique, original style. Key tracks like the title track, "In The Dark I Found The Reflection Of The Hidden Mirrors," and "Forgotten Gods" stand out.  Awaiting chapter 3 we are faced with yet another flop that is uniting all recent releases of the four Cypress.

If this 'different from the usual' is like what was heard on Intermission... well, it’s much better to fall back on the dear old Chapter 1 and Temples Of Boom for the true Soul Assassins Sound.

Soul Assassins - Intermission, the latest release led by DJ Muggs, falls short of expectations with weak modern influences and inconsistent production quality. Despite having notable guest artists, many tracks fail to impress, especially compared to classic earlier volumes. Muggs’ limited involvement and reliance on newer producers also contribute to the album’s uneven sound. Fans hoping for a return to the iconic Soul Assassins style may find more value revisiting earlier works. Explore the full review and listen to Soul Assassins - Intermission to decide if this comeback meets your hip hop expectations!

This album is well-made, excellently produced and mad enough to thrill me.

Do you feel like yelling like a demon while trying to throw the television out of the window? Do it while listening to "False Jesii Part 2."

King Of Jeans by Pissed Jeans delivers an explosive and raw grunge punk experience reminiscent of bands like Mclusky and The Jesus Lizard. The album keeps a tight grip on punk and noise rock influences, featuring distorted guitars and intense vocal delivery. While some may see it as derivative, the reviewer finds the production excellent and appreciates its thrilling and mad energy. Overall, it’s a strong follow-up to their previous work, with no concessions to pop. Dive into the raw energy of King Of Jeans and experience Pissed Jeans’ thrilling grunge punk noise now!

When confronted with comedies created and told with intelligence, you can only applaud.

Si può fare is simply a perspective that warms the heart.

Si può fare is a commendable Italian comedy directed by Giulio Manfredonia, highlighting the inspiring story of mentally ill individuals reintegrating into society through work. Claudio Bisio leads a talented cast portraying a cooperative overcoming challenges with humor and humanity. The film balances dramatic themes with comic lightness and shares a hopeful perspective rooted in real events. Overall, it successfully delivers a heartfelt message about resilience and social inclusion. Watch Si può fare to experience a touching blend of comedy and real-life inspiration about mental health and hope.

The album starts with 'Halls Of Moria', and after these 6 minutes begins, in my opinion, the most beautiful track of the demo: 'In Minas Morgul Death Awaits'.

I believe this disc is really good, an innovative Black Metal in my opinion, certainly not for the lyrics (many have exploited Tolkien by now), but for the way of conceiving the songs and the dark touch that that misanthrope Lord Cabal knows how to give.

Ringwraith's 2004 demo 'Tales From The Middle Earth' offers a challenging yet rewarding Black Metal experience. With five tracks inspired by Tolkien's universe, the demo impresses through its melancholic and epic atmosphere. The standout tracks feature memorable intros and a unique dark style, recommended mainly for dedicated enthusiasts rather than newcomers. Dive into the dark, epic world of Ringwraith’s 'Tales From The Middle Earth' – a must-listen for devoted Black Metal fans!

Blood Work is not a bad film, but it certainly doesn’t reach the heights of Heartbreak Ridge, Bird, Unforgiven.

The deliberately slow pace ends up weighing down a basic story that starts great and ends up boring.

Blood Work is a competent thriller starring Clint Eastwood as a retired detective investigating a serial killer. While Eastwood’s performance and character portrayal remain strong, the film suffers from pacing issues and a script that lacks full emotional impact. The movie starts promisingly but ultimately feels uneven, though the suspenseful final scene redeems it somewhat. Discover whether Clint Eastwood’s Blood Work hits the mark—read the full review or watch the thriller yourself!

Every episode carries the band's imprint, infused with an overwhelming Teutonic spirit.

'Erinnerung' primarily marks the confirmation of the excellent interpretive qualities of the muse Emilia Lo Iacono.

Kirlian Camera, a cult Italian darkwave band centered around Angelo Bergamini, delivers on their 1994 EP 'Erinnerung' a compelling mix of electronic aggression and melancholic atmospheres. Featuring Emilia Lo Iacono's warm vocals and diverse influences from tango to industrial sounds, the EP showcases the band's unique style. Despite controversies, the band's professionalism shines through. The review also recommends exploring their 1996 album 'Pictures from Eternity' for new listeners. Discover Kirlian Camera's 'Erinnerung' — dive into the evocative darkwave sounds and immerse yourself in this iconic EP today!
