Who knows if Nicole Minetti ever kept a diary.
Or perhaps she was inspired by someone else's diary.
For instance, the very personal diary of Sally Mara.
Nicole and Sally are scholars, and while studying, one orthodontics and the other languages (Gaelic and French), they surely begin to look around, and in the mirror, to realize that there’s more to the world than their renowned modesty. But what?
Nicole certainly emphasizes it to the prosecutors questioning her, she is innocent, knew she was beautiful but didn’t know what she could use this beauty for, she wanted to focus on her intelligence, and so off to university, to show how much that pertained to the active level of a nice butt is worth / Sally continually emphasizes it in her intimate diary, her little soul (immortal!), which truly doesn't understand the disturbances her drunkard brother Joël talks about, so she asks (strictly in the French taught to her by the gentleman Michel Presle, who, at most, pinched her butt two or three times) her little diary, what happens?
Nicole finally one day, earns her degree with honors, finally works, and finally tends to someone important, finally Silvio Berlusconi, FINALLY someone who will introduce her into society, yes, but how? Nicole certainly thinks it’s due to her profound intelligence, her talents, how good she is, Silvio will also tell Gad Lerner, it’s trustworthy, and so she enters a (semi)circle, where everyone puts their hands on their neighbors' desks, who knows why? / Sally wants to learn Gaelic, she wants to write a novel in this language, the language of her green Éire, so she goes to a true gentleman, Padraic Baoghal, what poise he has, how learned he is, and he soon introduces her to a rich circle of literati, spiritualists, bards, and a wife who always designs strange creatures, how strange they are with those enormous attributes!, and who makes everyone sit in a circle to contact these spirits, and her neighbors put their hands on the thighs of the little innocent Sally, who knows why?
Nicole goes to parties, begins to discover fauna unknown to her, whatever those slanderous prosecutors say, bad/communists!, observes the attributes of certain animals in suits and ties, she really does not understand why some of her "little sisters" like being spanked by their Dad, who will lead them all, willing or relaxed, to a strange fame / Sally endures the return of her father (who left many years before to buy a box of matches), he’s a shady character, as children he spanked her and her little sister Mary, and hasn’t lost the habit, Sally just doesn't understand why Mary likes being spanked so much by that old and stern man who, willing or not, will lead Sally to a strange fame.
Nicole/Sally tried not to be overwhelmed by the satyrs pinching butts, the maids with loose tongues, the shy boys, the dirty uncles, the vampire fathers, they defended themselves strenuously, you can be sure of it, but in the end, intelligence speaks clearly, the trials faced and undergone lead to two very distinct endings.
It’s up to you to discover which.
