Rain Tree Crow was the name used in 1991 by the reunited members of the British band Japan (David Sylvian, Steve Jansen, Richard Barbieri, Mick Karn) to release a single self-titled album.

The Rain Tree Crow album (1991) is a one-off reunion record consisting of 12 tracks and ~46 minutes of music; guests on the album include Bill Nelson and Phil Palmer. "Oil On Canvas" is a 1983 live Japan album; "Gentlemen Take Polaroids" is widely cited as a key Japan studio album blending electronics and Far East influences. Japan was formed in 1974.
