It took a century to find this concert; finally, I found it and it didn’t disappoint my expectations at all. The four (still naturally long-haired, we're even in 1974) are driven to the Rainbow Theatre where the motif of "Procession" is already displayed and immediately the gritty and engaging "Now I'm Here" can begin. It then transitions to the green "acid" atmosphere of "Ogre Battle", another indispensable song in Queen's concert setlists in '74 and beyond. From green to blue for a truly heavenly version of "White Queen" (the solo, the result of the unified work of Freddie and Brian, is certainly one of the most beautiful moments of the concert). The last album released before the concert is "Sheer Heart Attack", and the Queen also try less recurring songs in concerts that are less famous in general: this includes "In The Lap Of The Gods" which is only missing the initial part and choruses. Deacon snapping his fingers opens a fantastic medley: "Killer Queen", the penultimate part of "March Of The Black Queen" which has the only defect of being too short, and finally a nice instrumental version of "Bring Back That Leroy Brown" with Brian strumming the ukulele a bit before the end of the medley. Following are four songs from Queen I ("Son & Daughter", "Keep Yourself Alive", "Liar" and another version of "Son & Daughter", both often recurring in concerts) and the legendary "Stone Cold Crazy" on which I won't elaborate due to space constraints. After a Brian solo, there's the extraordinary performance by the four of "Father To Son" of which a substantial and well-arranged part is present. "In The Lap Of The Gods... Revisited" is also indispensable with a final explosion that opens the concert's conclusion with "Jailhouse Rock" and "God Save The Queen" during the end credits.
In conclusion: WATCH IT TO BE AMAZED!!!!!!!
His voice, which reaches unimaginable heights, close to the heavenly!
It is certainly a concert that is not easy to find and not long in duration, indeed, but I truly recommend it to everyone as I consider it among the best of Queen’s concerts.
