1966-1986: Pooh celebrate 20 years of activity and they do so by changing the rules. Starting with the vinyl, initially printed white instead of black to combat illegal duplication, and especially with a new arranger, Fio Zanotti, who will also make room for horns (especially in "Amore e dintorni"), giving the Quartet's work a different character. They return to recording in Italy, after the "tropico-aloha-asia" trilogy. The result is slightly elevated, with tracks like "Giorni infiniti" that has forcefully entered the band's repertoire; the romance of "L'altra parte del cielo", always with Roby Facchinetti at the forefront; "C'est difficile mais c'est la vie", poignant and successful with Roby still in great form. Among other pieces, there is the inevitable celebratory song "Venti", sung by Roby and Dodi, the divertissement of "I bambini ci guardano", and also the tragic story of "Terry B.", composing a heterogeneous album. It closes with "Goodbye", a song made specifically to close concerts and which will give the title to their second live album the following year.
An album slightly superior to the previous "Asia non Asia" and slightly superior to the following "Il colore dei pensieri". A not quite complete 3.
