Dutch band Panthéon recorded a single LP, Orion, in 1972. Line-up named in the review: Albert Veldkamp (bass, guitar), Ruud Wouterson (keyboards), Hans Boer (winds), Rob Verhoeven (drums). According to the review they won the Rekreade Festival in The Hague a year earlier and the group dissolved about two years after Orion's release.

A 1972 LP by Dutch band Panthéon with clear Canterbury and jazz-rock traits. The review praises flute/guitar interplay and the rhythmic/wind sections. "Apocalyps" is highlighted as the album's best track; vocals are called out as out-of-place. Overall rating: 3/5.

For:Fans of 1970s progressive rock, Canterbury-influenced listeners, and collectors of obscure jazz-rock albums.
