Winter 1984, I was a very young high school student; a classmate of mine made me listen, strictly on recorded TDK cassettes, to this very album by Metallica and "Zen Arcade" (no need to write the name of the band...). I plunged into a musical world that was initially challenging, something I had never heard before... it was a revelation that took me by the hand and introduced me to the world of so-called HEAVY music.
