Paul Gallagher, elder brother of Oasis members Noel and Liam Gallagher, has been accused of rape, according to statements by the London Metropolitan Police and as reported, among others, by "The Telegraph." The 59-year-old has been accused of coercive and manipulative behavior and will face three counts of sexual assault, as well as three counts of intentional strangulation, two counts of making death threats, and assault causing actual bodily harm. The crimes, involving violence against the same woman, are said to have taken place between 2022 and 2024. Paul Gallagher, who was never a member of Oasis, is set to appear before the Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on August 27.
