I was captivated at first listen by its lo-fi garage pop, its sixties soul laden with old charm, and the fragrant (or stinky?) sound of basements and 45s with covers speckled in moldy yellow. Unfortunately, it got stuck after just 3 years (2010 -2013), two LPs, an EP, and so many wonderful things that could have been but weren’t.
