Cellar, dark corner, cardboard submerged under other cardboard, closed since 1990, more or less. Inside, many 45s, seven inches, well packed, released between 1960 and 1990, more or less, some excellently preserved, others decidedly worn, to use a euphemism. Some without covers, some in juke-box editions, some from limited editions.
I still remember, almost all of them, where they came from: some "from the family," others bought, still others "borrowed" from relatives and friends, sometimes unaware that they had indeed been lent.
