This evening a triple feature: I started with Hot Rats and, encouraged by Willy the pimp, I moved on to what I will never tire of listening to: Rock/Blues straddling the '60s and '70s with a guitarist with the stigmata. After Beck's Truth, I concluded with what I'm sharing here on Deb, the Stones' live performance from '70. Before stirring up controversies, since talking about guitarists in this context on Deb is almost like mentioning Pink Floyd in vain, I clarify that I'm referring to a Rock/Blues guitarist, period. The first two are unreachable for what they've demonstrated in the most diverse fields, and especially Frank, for his brilliance and innovation. But Mick Taylor is a ace for doing that work. Here is the best version of Simpathy (a small note, Keith and Mick's guitars were re-recorded in the studio: the original live versions are unlistenable. I had to say this because he escaped from the Stones!)
