German garages have been haunted by these Noble Faces of Ass for 30 years. Authentic sixties fetishes, capable of mixing S.O.T.N., Standells, Sonics, Byrds, Kinks, and anyone else you can think of. A dozen albums, I assume all of high quality (I have half of them), and about fifteen EPs. The guitar is lethal, the voice “perfect.” They’re certainly not famous, and even though we could make a list just for them, we include them here. New Unclaimed, Fuzztones, Cynics… let’s add THE SATELLITERS!
