Tom Verlaine's solo career doesn't enjoy the unanimous and rightful recognition given to Television, but there are gems like this one that it's unfair to leave on the sidelines. A meditative, reflective record, unconcerned with the sounds surrounding it, even psychedelic, in a certain way, and nocturnal. I'm listening to it again. Tom Verlaine - Around (2006)
