Dead Moon - Johhny's got a gun

He wanted to do Rock 'n' Roll since he was a child. He was already around in the sixties with the Lollipop Shoppe, who would even appear on Nuggets, and after a lot of wandering, he began a second life at 40 with his creation - La Luna Morta - alongside his partner and a dear friend. In his music, there’s everything: garage, punk, blues, hard rock, country, psychedelia, even a bit of singer-songwriter style… all rigidly lo-fi… it is said that even in recent times he recorded with equipment that is now obsolete… Fred, one of those characters from the past, far from any mainstream, but to whom every Rocker will always say “thank you”…

I don’t think there are books about him, but on Google there are some stories - at least there were - including a really pleasant interview.
