At that time, I alternated between my job as a ballroom musician and my involvement in a group called Covers Rocche Duro - "Ash," as we called ourselves. The first song was "Paranoid," and the last one was "Love Me Two Times."

Sometimes people looked at me really badly because I couldn't always manage a "costume change," and I would show up on stage in white pants and a Hawaiian shirt (summer uniform for the local festival) or in a burgundy jacket with black pants and a t-shirt (ballroom uniform).

So, when I forced the whole Band - girlfriends included - to watch this Film because I had read somewhere that the soundtrack featured Pat Metheny (whom no one had ever heard of), they came only because I threatened to leave if they didn't.

Well, the girls looked at me with better eyes afterward since none of them (and neither did I) knew THAT Chevincoster at the height of his youth.

My "fellow" musicians understood that Jazz wasn't such a complicated thing after all.

Every time I see this wonder, my heart breaks because that girl and that situation you're seeing here happened to me shortly after.

And she looks just like my Andreina, the woman to whom I left my heart. And I don't want to know what she did with it.

We all have a great love story to tell.
