You're Dumb
During a remarkable period of “welcome back nonsense” - I admit I was no longer interested - I listened to and (re)discovered garage bands of true grit, with influences as varied as beat, punk, psychedelia, R&B - from power pop to folk, rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock and roll from true beasts to the wild scream of “screw your virtuosic and ridiculously fast scales and your four-octave vocal range bullshit.” From 1990 onwards, with some revivals from old relics, savansadir.

Still from the first. Damn, there's so much on deb about these. A mini cult of psychopomps and more. A bit challenging this is said …
A band from the new millennium, very interesting that I didn’t know. The reverend recommends an album, which I’ll post later, but I also went to grab their debut (I have a weakness for debuts, you know). Their sound does indeed change over time while remaining within the genre. The debut is a stunning blues-garage-punk-lofi that’s wonderfully off-key and sick in a good way, one that should please the Noble @[Shitbeard] …
