'Tales From Monographic Oceans': a freestyle journey through a stretch of sea, slicing through the isthmuses of some discographies (XTC B-sides, alternatives and more 55, 18) 'the B-side is important, even in music...': in other words, it's too easy, with people like this, to cruise through the official discography at 33 and 1/3. But here we want 'contradicting evidence', we definitely don’t want the easy bèl. Since, with these pieces written a bit left-field and left out or at best pushed to the back of singles, 12'' and various EPs, ANYONE (and I mean ANYONE: think of your favorite pop-rock artist and they’ll fit in here too, for sure) could have built a career much brighter than bright.
